SCS Technology are very proud to be sponsoring The Lincolnshire Sport Awards 2016 for another year running. These awards celebrate an array of outstanding athletes and the unsung heroes of the sporting community. Focusing purely on Lincolnshire talent, absolutely anybody can nominate athletes and heroes of their choice.Lincolnshire Sports Awards 2015

This unique event is to be held at the Epic Centre at Lincolnshire Showground and the event will see sports people, volunteers, coaches and clubs from across the county come together to honour those who have accomplished amazing sporting achievements over the past year.

Last year saw over three hundred and forty guests celebrate sporting success within and around the Lincolnshire area. Nominations are now open and you can see the entire list and nominate here using this form, but please do move quickly because nominations close on July 22. Do you have somebody you’d like to nominate? Let them know!

Last year Sports Broadcaster Rob Walker presented the Lincolnshire Sport Awards evening and Janet Inman, Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Sport said “The Lincolnshire Sports Awards 2015 were a huge success; we celebrated and recognised some of our top sportsmen and women…”

The big winner last year was the Lifetime Achievement Award winner, Ian Emmerson OBE, who was recognised for an outstanding career and his contribution to cycling, which culminated in bringing the National Championships to Lincolnshire last summer. This was actually the award that SCS Technology very proudly sponsored last year.

The full winners list from last year (2015) can be found here.

We look forward to seeing all of the talented individuals nominated for the award this year, and we hope to see more successful entries on the day.
