Working in partnership with Bluecube Telecommunications, we invite you to attlightning-199651_1920 (1)end our next event on the 29th June 2017 at Doddington Hall, Lincoln, where we will be providing you with expert tips on how to prepare and recover from a disaster.

It’s hard to predict when a disaster will strike your business and impact your operations…

How severely would it impact your business if you suddenly lost internet connection, or your server went down? What would do if a fire destroyed your office or the weather stopped your employees from being able to get into work? What would you do if ransomware put business operations to a halt?

British Airways and the NHS are recent examples of what can happen if you’re not prepared, or fail to have an effective business continuity plan in place.

Does your business have a business continuity plan in place?

On the 29th June we will be joined by our special guest speaker, business continuity consultant William Smith, who has written and implemented business continuity plans for the likes of 10 Downing Street, the European Union, UNICEF and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He will be sharing the steps you need to take to recover from a disaster successfully.

The event will begin at 8.30am with coffee, a warm breakfast roll and informal networking with some Lincolnshire’s top business Leaders, followed by presentations from 9:00-11:00am:

  • What happens when disaster really does strike? The physical and digital risks – Jerry Parker, SCS Technology Solutions
  • How to recover effectively from a disaster: why every organisation needs a business continuity plan – William Smith, Kingswood Continuity
  • Can any business afford to be offline for any period of time? – Paul Reames, Bluecube.
